Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 24–48 hours of purchase, regardless of destination. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Spain
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Local Pickup (Barcelona)
Available 48 hours after purchase. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Europe & International
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch. Some orders may take up to 15-20 business days depending on customs and destination.

 

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside Spain, customs fees and import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Local Pick-Up Policy – Barcelona Only

The local pick-up service is exclusively available for customers located in Barcelona. By selecting this delivery method, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.

A non-refundable pick-up handling fee of €2 is applied at checkout for all pick-up orders.

Following order confirmation, the customer is required to contact RIWAAJ within 48 to 72 hours to schedule a collection appointment. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. In such cases, a total deduction of €7 (comprising a €5 order preparation fee and the €2 non-refundable pick-up fee) will be applied to the refundable amount.

Any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

RIWAAJ reserves the right to cancel uncollected orders in accordance with this policy.

 

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective items received.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide a full unboxing video (uncut, showing the package being opened and the issue clearly)

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process a refund for the product amount only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
