Refund policy

Returns

We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective items. To be eligible, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide a full, uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. All sales are final unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed once the item has been received back by RIWAAJ. Refunds cover the product amount only — original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping responsibility: In the event that an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to failed delivery attempts by the carrier, the cost of re-shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pick-Up Policy – Barcelona Only

The local pick-up service is exclusively available for customers located in Barcelona. By selecting this delivery method, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.

A non-refundable pick-up handling fee of €2 is applied at checkout for all pick-up orders.

Following order confirmation, the customer is required to contact RIWAAJ within 48 to 72 hours to schedule a collection appointment. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. In such cases, a total deduction of €7 (comprising a €5 order preparation fee and the €2 non-refundable pick-up fee) will be applied to the refundable amount.

Any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

RIWAAJ reserves the right to cancel uncollected orders in accordance with this policy.
