Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are prepared within 24–48 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Spain: Standard delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Local Pickup (Barcelona): Available 48 hours after purchase. Once your order is ready, you will be notified and must contact us to coordinate the collection
- Europe & International: 7–10 business days after dispatch. Some orders may take up to 15–20 business days depending on customs and destination
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside Spain, customs fees and import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
Returned Parcels If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the product amount only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.
